This data is stored and used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and performing the associated technical administration. Where no legal retention obligations apply, we will delete your data 12 months after your query has been ultimately dealt with.
Your Rights Pursuant to the GDPR

Pursuant to Article 7 Paragraph 3 of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to withdraw consent you have given to the processing of your personal data with immediate effect for the future. This withdrawal would not affect the lawfulness of processing up until the time that consent was withdrawn. If you believe that we have violated the GDPR in processing your data, you have the right of complaint, in particular to a regulatory authority at the place of the presumed violation, at your place of work or in the member state of your place of abode.
Duration of Storage of your Personal Data
The duration of storage of your personal data complies with the various legal retention periods. Upon expiry of the legal retention periods, we will delete your data, except insofar as we arrange a different period with you for reasons of expediency. Where no legal retention period applies, we will delete your data 12 months after your matter has been dealt with, except insofar as we arrange a different period with you for reasons of expediency. If you send us application documents, we will store these for not longer than 6 months, except insofar as we arrange a different period with you for reasons of expediency.

We process your data on the legal basis according to Article 6 (1) a) GDPR: Your consent to the processing and use of your data, Article 6 (1) b) GDPR: The purpose of fulfilling the underlying contract made between you and our Company and Article 6 (1) f) GDPR: The processing of data to protect our legitimate interests and to develop the business relationship between you and our Company.

Our offering is aimed at adults. Persons under the age of 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without permission from their parents or guardians.
Exclusion of Liability
