Required Skills
Projects & Process Management
- Support project coordination, ensuring timely execution, status reporting, and team alignment.
- Manage and update client information and engagement data in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Maintain a project calendar, track milestones, and monitor progress across ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and documentation for smoother operations.
Customer Engagement & Enablement
- Drive customer engagement through newsletters, product updates, and targeted campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Get Response.
- Design and maintain structured communication and onboarding journeys, from welcome sequences to product training materials, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing engagement.
- Create clear, visually appealing guides, walkthroughs, and microsites that make complex features intuitive and easy to use.
- Track engagement data and feedback to continuously refine communication and onboarding effectiveness.
Content & Collateral - Create impactful materials such as case studies, presentations, and brochures that tell
client success stories. - Support product marketing with storytelling and value-driven messaging.
- Ensure all materials reflect our brand and compliance standards.
Collaboration with Product & Tech - Work closely with technical and product teams to translate client feedback into
actionable inputs. - Assist in preparing product documentation such as PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), feature summaries, and release notes.
- Understand product functionality and communicate it effectively in customer-facing content.
- Be comfortable discussing product workflows and collaborating across technical and
non-technical teams.
Automation & Tools - Set up and manage campaigns within marketing automation tools.
- Handle basic website or content updates using WordPress or light HTML edits.
- Assist in performance reporting and campaign tracking.
Pre-Sales & Business Support - Support pre-sales efforts by helping prepare tailored client presentations, proposals, and demo materials.
- Assist in gathering insights and preparing supporting content (case studies, benchmarks, and decks) for client meetings and RFP responses.
- Ensure all pre-sales deliverables are visually consistent, on-brand, and aligned with client expectations.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing operations, or project coordination, ideally in pharma, healthcare, or SaaS.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and ability to manage records, pipelines, and reporting.
- Bring strong visual judgment, able to structure presentations, emails, and webpages that look polished, clear, and on-brand using standard tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or CMS editors).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Active Campaign, Get Response, or HubSpot).
- Experience with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable collaborating with both creative and technical teams.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience contributing to product documentation or assisting with PRDs.
- Familiarity with video editing tools .
- Understanding of pharma or healthcare marketing and communication dynamics.
- Exposure to customer journey mapping or onboarding optimization.
